THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the 27th day of
A. D., 1978, by RICHARD W. STARR, JR., a s nqle adu t; LA RA
8. HANCOCK, a sinqle adult; KEI,WyN BRINE, a/k/a KEL BRINE,
and TRINKA BRINE, his wife,
hereinafter called the Grantor, to ROBERT M. MULGREW and JUNE
MARIE MULGREW, his wife, whose post office address is: Route 2,
Box 7~, Okeechobee, Florida ~33472, hereinafter called the
Grantee:

"grantee" include all the parties to this in-
strument and the heirs, legal representatives
and assigns of individuals, and the successors
and assigns of corporations.)
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of $10.00, and other valuable considerations,
receipt where~f is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bar-
gains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms
unto the Grantee, all that certain land in St. Lucie County,
Flor~da, to wit:
