eration of the premises and the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration in hand paid,~grants,
bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys, and confirms
to the parties of the second part, to their heirs and assigns
forever, that certain real property situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida more particularly described as follows:
Lot 2, Block 56~ UNIT 1, SAN LUCIE PLAZA, according to
the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 57,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM all rights of ways for public roads
drainage canals and easements for public utilities.
TOGETHER with all singular the tenements, hereditaments

and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that
