The undersigned hereby informs all concerned that improvements will
be made to certain real property, and in accordance with Section 713.13
of the Florida Statutes, the folloWing information is stated in this
Notice of Commencement:
1. DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY: GOLF VILLAS, a proposed condominium
2400 South Ocean Drive

The legal description is attached hereto ~
as Exhibit A and made a part hereof.
2. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF IMPROVEMF.~ITS: Six individual freestanding,
tWO and/or three-story residential buildings (containing a total of 100 units).
3. The name and address of the owner and fee-simple title holder of
said real property is HUTCNINSQN ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Florida Limited
Partnership, 2400 South Ocean Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450.
4. Said Owner's interest in the site of the improvements is fee simple.
S. The name and address of the contractor is JOE M. RODGERS ~ ASSOCIATES,
INC., Two~International Plaza, P. 0. Box 17387, Nashville, Tennessee 37217.
6. The name and address of the surety on the payment bond is: None.
7. JOSEPH M. CONNORS, 2400 South Ocean Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, ;
is hereby designated as the person upon whom notices or other documents ~
under the Florida Mechanic's Lien Law shall be served, and service upon '
him shall constitute service upon said Owner.
8. The name and address of the person making a loan for the construction
of the Improvements is: THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CIIICAGO, One First National
