CONTINENTAL TLLINOIS NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF CHICAGO,
a national bankinq association organized and existing under the laws
of the United States, the holder of those certain mortgages (the "Mort-
gaqes") being more particularly described as followss (i) Mortgage
and Security Aqreement, dated October 27, 1976, recorded in O.R. Book
259, page 1254, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and (ii)
second-in-priority Mortgage and Security Agreement, dated October 27,
1976, recorded in O.R. Book 259, page 1276, aforesaid records, exe-
cuted by HUTCHINSON ISLAND CLUB, INC. ("Mortgagor") to CONTINENTAL
ILLINOIS NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF CHICAGO ("Mortgagee"),
in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby ac-
• knowledged, does hereby remise, release, quitclaim, exonerate and
h~s discharge from the lien, security interest and operation of the said
Mortgages unto the Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that cer-

That certain Condominium Parcel, being Onit No. 809 , a Condo-

Records of said County and all Amendments thereto,in luding

This instrument releases said Condominium Parcel from the lien and
~ 3~ security interest of the Mortgages, and from the effect of any instru-

Mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, exonerated, and
discharged of and from the lien and security interest of the Mortgages
~ and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
~ herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the ef-
fect, lien, security interest, or encumbrance of the Mqrtgages on the _
