(iii) the provisions in Unitorm Covenant 5 regarding application of hazard insurance proceeds shall be superseded by any
provisions of the declaration, by-laws. code of regulalions or other constituent documenl of the Condomu?ium Project or ot applie-
tble law to lhe extent necessary to avoid a conflict between such provisions and the provisions of Uni[orm Covenant 5. For any
period of lime during which such haurd insurance coverage is not maintiined. the immediately preceding senlence shaU bt
