S T I P U L A T I O N
It is stipulated and agreed by and between the parties hereto
and their respective counsel of record as follows:
1. Paragraph 2 of the Final Judgment herein dated December
21, 1976 shall be modified to include the following provisions:
(a) The Nusband shall not be under the influence of intoxi-
cating or alcoholic beverage to the extent that his normal faculties
are impaired during the time he is exercising his visitation privi-
leges with and to the minor children of the parties, or either of them.
(b) During the time the Husband is exercising his visitation
privileges with and to the minor children of the parties, or either

of them, the minor children shall at all times be under the super-

~ vision of a responsible person. _

~ 2. The Husband shall pay to Brennan and Muschott, attorneys of
~ record for the Wife, the sum of $75 in full and complete satisfaction
of the obligation on his part, if any, to pay attorney's fees or costs ~
t
in and about the Petition for Modification filed by the Wife. ;
3. The parties hereto specifically agree that the terms of this
~ Stipulation may be incorporated in the following consent order.
