CONSENT ORDER
This cause having come on before this Court upon the fore-
going Stipulation of the parties and their respective counsel
of record, and the Court being fully advised in the premises,
it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That the terms and conditions of the foregoing
Stipulation be and they are hereby adopted, approved and ratified
by this Court.
2. That the parties hereto are hereby directed to comply
therewith.
3. That the Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage
entered in this cause on December 21, 1976 be and the same is
hereby modified to include the provisions as set out in said `

Stipulation, and said Final Judgment to otherwise remain in i
;
i full force and effect.
