to the unpaid mortgage balance on the property owned by the ~

Wife in her individual name, located on 16th Street, Fort Pierce~ ~

St. Lucie County, Florida, as of October 1, 1978 and that such ~

special equity cannot be foreclosed so long as the Husband has ~

' the right of exclusive possession in the manner set forth above. ~
' ! All relief not specifically granted hereir~ sought under the ~
~ petition and counterpetitio~ is denied. `

~ 4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the ~
~ parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders ~
