corporation. Assignee.
IN CONSIDERATION OF the sum of Zfaelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000.00)
paid by the Assignee, to the Assignor, receipt of which sum is hereby
acknowledged, the Assignor hereby assigns a certain mortgage made by
ST. LUCIE CABINETS, a partnership ~
given to secure the payment of the sum of Thirty-nine Thousand Seven
Hundred Sixty Dollars ($39.760.00), and interest. which mortgage is
dated the lst day of SeFtember, 1978, and recorded the 14th day of
September, 1978, in 0. R. Book 294 at page 574 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, covering the premises more
particularly described•as:
Part ot Lot 9 of J. I. KELLEMS SUBDIVISION as shown on Plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 3, page 85 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County~ Florida, more particularly described as
follows: Beginning at the SW corner of said Lot 9 and run
thence East 38.1 feet to a point; thence North 30.0 feet to
the SW corner of a lot known as Lot- 14 of an unrecorded plat
'i and the point of beginning; thence run North parallel with
~ the West line of said Lot 9 a line of 150.0 feet to a point;
~ thence run East parallel with the South line of said lot 600.0
f feet, more or less, to the NW corner of the DORA L. AUSLEY
w parcel; thence run South with Ausley line and parallel with
~ the West line of said Lot 9 a.distance of I50.0 feet; thence

dated April 7, 1959; TOGETHER with the improvements thereon
and the right to use in common with others the right of way
affording access to said property.
