WARRANTY DEED ~
THIS INDENTURE, Made this day of October, A.D. 1978,
BETWEEN JOHN L. TIMMERMAN, surviving joint tenant of Boston, ~
Suffolk County, Massachusetts, party of the first part, and
JOHN L. TIMMERMAN AND EVELYN A. TIMMERMAN, as joint tenants with
the right of survivorship, party of the second part, whose
mailing address is 60 Johnson Street, West Roxbury, Mass. 02132.
WITNESSETH: ~
That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of TEN DOLLARS AND OTNER GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION
to it in hand paid by the said parties of the second part, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted•, bargained
and sold to the said parties of the second part, their heirs
and assigns forever, the following described land situated_, lying
and being in the City of Port St. Lucie, County of St. Lucie, and
State of Florida, to wit:
Lot 36, Block 766 and Lot 31, Block 766 of PORT ST. LUCIE
SECTION 18 of Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 13, Page 17, of the Public Records of St. Lucie _
