Upon acceleration under pangraph I S hereof or abandonment ot the Propeny, l~ender shall be entitled to have a
receiver appointed by a court to enter upon, take possession ot and manage the Property and to callect the rents of the
Property. including those put due. All rents collected by the receiver shall be applied fint to payment at the costs oi
management o( the Properly and collection ef renta, includ~ng, but ~ot limited to, receiver'c tees, premiums on receiver's
bonds and rcawnabk attorney`s tees, and then to the sums secured by this Mortgage. The receiver ahall be liable to account r
only tor those renb actually received. ~
21. Fotnre Ad~~nca. Upon rcquest by Rorrower, t~nder, at I_ender's option within twenty years [rom the date of this
Mortgage. may rr.~ke Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advanca, with inte~at therton. ahall be aecured by this
Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that aaid notes are +ecured hereby. At no time shall the principal '
