mcnt of the Property, have th~ right to collect and retain such rents as tbey become due and payabk.
Upon acceleration under paragraph IR hereof or abandonmeM ot the Property. I.ender shall be rntitled to have a
receiver appointed by a court to emer upon, take possession of and manage the Property and to colkct the rents of the
Pruperty, including those past due. All rents collecteJ by the receiver shall be appliod fint to payment af- the cosis ot
manageme~t ot the Propeny and collection of rents, inclucling, hut nW limited to, raeiver's fees, prcmiums on rcceiver i
bonda and reasonable attorney's toes, and the~ to the sums secured by this Mortgage. The rcceiver shall be liable to account
only tor thase rcnts actually received.
21. F~ture Advances. Upon requut by Rorrower, I_ender, at l.endcr s oplion within twenty ytars trom lhe date of this _
Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with interest thereon, shall be securcd by this
Murtgage when evidencod by promissory nota stating that said notea arc socured hereby. At no time shall the principal
~nwunt ot the indebtedness securai by this Mortgage, not including sums advaoced in aocdrdance herewith to protect the
xcurity ot this Mortgage, exceed the original amount ot the Note plus USS.
22. Relea~e. UpQn payment of all sums xcurcd by this Mortgage, l.ender shalt rclease Ihis Mortgage without chuge
to Borrower. Borrower shall pvy ail costs of recordation, J any.
