receiver appointed by a~ourt to enter upon, lake possession of and manage the Property and to collect the rents of the
Property, including thase past due. All rems collec:ted by ~he recciver shall he applied first to payment of the costs of
management ot the Ptoperty and collection ot r~nts, including, but ~ot limited to, receiver i fees, premiums on receiver's
honds and reasonabk attorney's fees, and then to the sums aecured by this Mortgage. 71u roceiver shall be liable to aecount
only (or those rcnts actually received.
21. Fnture Advancee. Upon rcquest by Bo~mwcr, I.ender, at I.ender's aplion within twenty years from the date ot this.
hlortgage, may make Futurc Advances to Borrowe~. Such Future Adwrnces, with interest ~hercon, shall be secured by this
Murtgage wficn evide~ced by promissory nota stating that said nates arc secured hereby. At no time shall the pri~cipal
~mount of ihe indebtedness securcd by ihis Mortgage, not including sums advanced in accordance hercwith to protect ihe
security o( this Mortgage, exceed the origioal amount of the Note plus USS.
22. Rekase. UpQn payment ot all sums securcd by ~his Mortgage, l.ender shall rcle~ce this Mortgage without chuge
to Borrovrer. Borrower shall pay all cosis of rccordatian, it any.
