in conaideratfon of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
coneiderationa 3.n lawful money of the United States to it in hand paid by
SOUTHEASTERN HOME MURTGAGE COMPANY A Corporation exiating
under the lawe of the State of Florida party of the second part, at or before
the enaealfng and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged, and granted, bargained, sold, assigned, transferred and set over,
and by theae presenta dces hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, tranafer and set
over unto the said party of the second part a certain indenture of mortgage
bearing date October 17, 1978 made by Kenneth R. Goyens

or under Clerk's file number Public Records ofSt. Lucie County, Flo-
r=a~, tz~n the fallowing described piece or parcel of land, situated and being
in St. Lucie County, State of Florida to wit:
Lot 2, less the West 20 feet thereof, and Lot 1, Block 21, SUNLAND GARDENS
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 32, Public
[tecords of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Together with the note or obligation described in said mortgage, and the money
due and to become due thereon, with interest accrued and owing thereon,
T`his assignment is made without recourse to the Assignor in any event and fvr
any cause whatsoever.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE same unto the said party of the second part, its suc-
cesaors and assigna forever, the said party of the first part has caused these
presenta to be aigned in its name by its~President and its corporate aeal
