1. Petitioners have an interest in the above estate as ~
the natural brothers and sisters of the deceased. Their
names and addresses are as set forth in paraqraph lland the
name and address of their attorney as set f~rth at the end
this petition.
2. Decedent, JOSEPH HICKS, whose last kn~o~~~:~ address was
422 N. 9th St., Fort Pierce, Florida died on December 7, i
1974, at Vero Beach, and at the time of death decedent was
domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
