PETITION FOR DISCI~ARGE
The undersigned, as Personal Representative of the above
estate alleges: .
1. The decedent, VECE CAHOON, a resident of St. Lucie
County, Florida, died.on January 15. 1975, and Letters Testa-
mentary were issued to Petitioner on February 18, 1975.
2. The beneficiaries, JEANETTE CASEBIER NORTN BARBARA and
LOUISE H. CROSSEN, of this estate have hereby waived the final `
accounting and the service of petition for discharge and consent
to the discharge of the Personal Representative by the attached
Waivers and Consents attached hereto, and by this reference
incorporated herein as Exhibit A and Exhibit B.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate, by
~ making payment, settlement; or other disposition of all claims
and debts that were presented, and by making provision for the
payment of all expenses of administration.
4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns
with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of
Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with
this Court evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obli-
gations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
5. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution
of the assets of this estate~as set forth in the schedule of
~
~ distribution attached hereto as Exhibit C.
6. The only persons having an interest in this proceeding
~ and their respective addresses are:
