YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit has been instituted
by the above-named Plaintif, against the above-named Dsfendants
in the above-specified Court involvinq the followinq described
real property situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 4 and the West 1/2 of Lot 5, less the
North 5 feet of Lot 5, Block D, MARAVILLA
TERRA.CE, according to the plat thereof
~ recorded in Plat Book 5, Paqe 50, of the
Publ~ic Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The relief souqht by the said Plaintiff ~s to such
property is the foreclosure of a mortgage owned and held by
the Plaintiff encumberinq the said property, to declare a11
other interests in the property to be inferior to that of the
Plaintiff and to foreclose same, and for certain other relief. ~
