I, MARY FRANCES BARitON, of St. Lucie County, Florida, ~
do.hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will ~
i
i
and Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills j
and Codicils heretofore made by me.
CLAUSE I: I direct my Executor to pay, out of my
residuary estate, all of my just debts including the
expenses oE my last illness and funeral expenses.
CLAUSE II: I give, devise and bequeath all of the
rest, residue and remainder of my property,,real and

personal, wherever situate and whether acquired before or `
after the execution of this Will, to my husband, JOHN P.
. BARRON, as his own absolutely, provided he survives me, r
and if my said husband does not survive me, then all of said ~
property shall go instead equally to my children, SHERRY
ANNE BARRON, LINDA D. BOOTH, PETER AI,LEN ~ARRON and BRUCE j
,
DAVID BARRON, share and share alike. If any of my said t
children shall fail to survive me, and shall leave a
descendant or descendants living at my death, such ,
descendants shall represent their ancestor and take said
ancestor's share, per stirpes, otherwise the share of such
child shall drop out, thereby increasing the shares of the
others of my said foregoing named children or their
descendants, as the case may be.
CLAQSE III: I nominate and appoint my husband, JOHN ~
P. BARRON, as Executor of this Will, to serve without bond,
