and in the event he shall die, resign, or be unable for ,
any reason to act as such, then I name and appoint my
daughter, LINDA D. BOOTB, as such Executrix, to serve
without bond. '
My personal representative is invested with full
power and authority to sell, convey, transfer and assign
any and all personal property and real estate belonging
to my estate.
CLAUSE IV: In the event that my husband, JOHN P.
BARRON, and I die under such circumstances that it -
cannot be determined which of us predeceased the other,
I direct that it shall be conclusively presumed that I
survived my said husband, and the provisions of this Will
shall be construed and the distribution of property shall
be governed and regulated as if I had, in fact, survived
my said husband.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
seal, this day of July, 1974. '
