For value received we, jointly and severally, as principal promise to pay ~
without defalcation to the order ~f JOHId L. ZESI~ and RLTI'k~ IE~.R, his wife
at the office af said payee in Fort Pierce, Florida, the sum of ONE HUNDRED
FORTY-FIVE THOUSAND ($145,000.00) DOLLARS with interest from date at the
rate of 9~ per cent per annum, payable as follows. ~o-wit:
Payments of interest only in the amaunt of $1147.72 c~n
November~l, 1978 and December 1, 19i8.
Commencing January 1, 1979, the sum of $1b91.30, including
interest, and $1691.30 on the lst day of each succeeding
month thereafter until the whole sum named is paid.
Each installment first shall be applied in payment of the interest and then
on the unpaid balance of the principal sum. If default is made in.the pay-
ment of any installment when due, then, at option of the payee all the re-
maining installments shall become due and payable at once. Privilege is given
to pay two or more installments at any time.
Should it become necessary to collect this note through an attorney, either
of us, whether maker, s~~~t~r e~dQrser on this note, hereby agrees to pay
all costs of collection, including a reasonable attorney's fee.
The makers, sureties and endorsers hereof severally waive presentment, protest
and notice of protest for non-payment of this note and agree that the time of
its maturity may be extended before or after maturity and do further severally
agree to any renewal thereof before or after maturity, without notice of them.
