THIS CAUSE coming-on to be heard upon Petition For
Authorization To Sell Real Property of JAMES D. McNAMARA, Per-
sonal Representative of the estate of JOHN P. McNAMARA, deceased,
and it appearing to the Court as follows;
1. That among the assets of the estate of JOHN P. ~
MeNAMARA is the following described real property:
Lots 24 and 25, Block 59 of SOUTH
PORT ST. LUCIE UNIT 5, a Subdivision
according to the Plat thereof, re-
corded in Plat Book 14, Page 12 of
the Public Records of St. Luci.e
County, Florida. ,
2. That Petitioner has received an offer to purchase
the property from LEONARD V. PETERS and HELEN PETERS, his wife,
in the amount of SIX THOUSAND ($6,000.00) DOLLARS, cash at closing.
3. That the only parties interested in the estate are
RICHARD P. McNAMARA, TERRY L. McNAMARA, and JAMES D. McNAMARA,
and all have consented to the sale on the terms and conditions i

set forth above. '
4. That it is necessary to sell the above described
property in order to pay debts of the decedent, expenses of ad-
ministration and for distribution. The Court being fully=advised
