Taae~ as required by lavr and on the bssis thereof it has been ascertained the above estate
is not subjeet to the Flarida Estate Tax. The is~uance of thia certificate, however, shall
not preelude the assessment and collection of Eatate Taxes subaequently determined to be
due the State of Florida.
If proof of non liabitity by the above eatate for the Florida Estate Tax is required
by any person this Certificate may be exhibited as evidence of such non liability.
