THIS INDEATPURE made and entered into by and between
JAt~S D. McNAMARA, as Personal Representative of the estate of
JOHN P. McNAMARA, deceased, as party of the first part, and
LEONARD V. PETERS and HELEN PETERS, his wife, 24 Thorman Lane,
Huntington, Long Island, New York, as parties of the second part;
W I T N E S S E T Ii: That heretofore upon Petition of
,the party of the first part, the HONORABLE JOHN R. BLANTON, Judge,
Circuit Court, Eleventh Judicial Circuit, Dade County, Florida,
~Probate Division, granted to the party of the first part leave to
convey certain property of JOHN P. McNAMARA, and the Court being
fully advised in the premises and having entered its Order dated
September 22, 1978, authorizing the party of the first part to con- .
vey the said real estate to the parties of the second part;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and
in consideration of the sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other good
and valuable considerations in hand paid at and before the sealing
and delivery of these presents, the receipt of which is hereby
acknawledged, the party of the first part has conveyed and by
these presents does convey unto the said parties of the second
part, their heirs and assigns forever, all that certain piece or
parcel of land situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida, described as follvws:
Lots 24 and 25, Block 59 of SOUTH
~ - PORT ST. LUCIE UNIT 5, a Subdivision
according to the Plat thereof, re-
corded in Plat Book 14, Page 12 of
the Public Records of St. Lucie
- County, Florida . ;
