WITNESSETH, WHEREAS, the said parties of the second part executed
a certain promissory note dated October 15, 1976 , whereby
they promised to pay to the SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, party
of the first part, an order the s otlf

WHEREAS, the parties of the second part executed to the party of the
first part, to secure the above mentioned note, a mortgage on the
followinq described premises, to-wit:
The South 7 feet of Lot 21 and all of Lot 22, Block 2,
Fort Pierce Shores, Unit One, according to the Plat thereof,
as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 9, of the Public Records ~
of St. Lucie County, Florida.

AND WHEREAS, the said party of the first part is now the holder of said
note and mortgage and the said parties of the s~cond part are now the
owners of the said mortgaged premises,
~ NOW THEREFORE, the said parties hereto, for themselves and thei~ assigns,
~ hereby mutually agree that the time for tne payment of the unpaid
