shall remain in full force and effect in all respects as if the said
payments.had originally been paid as provided for in the original
note, and that nothing herein shall effect or impair any rights
and gowers which the said party of the first part may have thereunder
for the recovery of the said Mortgage Debt with interest in the case
of non-fulfillment of this agreement.
AND the parties of the second part hereby covenant that they will ~
pay the payments as herein provided and the interest thereof at the
time specified; that they will perform and observe all the covenants,
agreements, stipulations and conditions on the part of the mortqagor
in said mortgage contained in all respects as if the said payments had
been made according to the terms of the mortgage.
