second-in-priority Mortgage and Security Agreement, dated October 27,
1976, recorded in O.R. 8ook 259, page 1276, aforesaid records, exe-
cuted by HUTCHINSON ISLAND CLUB, INC. ("Mortgagor") to CONTINENTAL

in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
, considerations, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby ac-
N knowledged, does hereby remise, release, quitclaim, exonerate and
h~ discharge from the lien, security interest and operation of the said
Mortgages unto the Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that cer-

This ~r_strument releases said Condominium Parcel from the lien and
~ 3~a security interest of the Mortgages, and from the effect of any instru-
ments of record modifying or supporting said Mortgages. ;
~ TO HAVS AND TO HOLD the sar~e, with the appurtenances, unto the ~
~ Q, Mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, exonerated, and
3~~ discharged of and from the lien and security interest of the-Mortgages
~ and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or `

fect, lien, security interest, or encumbrance of the Mortgages on the r

therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
