that this conveyance is subject in every.respect to said Declaration of
Condominium and exhibits thereto (and amendments, addendums and/or supple-
ments to said Declaration and said exhibits), including, but not limited to, ;
the said Membership Agreement (and amendments, addendums and/or supplements -
thereto). Grantees acknowledge that each and every provision of the afore-

Grantees, for and on behalf of themselves, their heirs and assigns, agree
