AMENDED FINAL JUDGMENT ~
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 6th day of September, 1978
- and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction o~ the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relatipn of husband and
wife now ~xists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

; 1. The marriage between CHARLES A. McNEIL and DOROTHY M.

; McNEIL be and the same is hereby digsolved, and the parties and

~ each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
~

~ heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
~ therefrom.

` 2. Custody of CHARLES ANTHONY McNEIL, minor child of the
~ ~

~ parties, is hereby awarded to CHARLES A. McNEIL with reasonable
~
~ visitation rights reserved to DOROTHY M. McNEIL.

~ 3. The Husband, CHARLES A. Mc NEIL, shall have the
exclusive possession and control of the marital home and the
~
: furniture and furnishings therein located at 901 North 39th Street,
K
Ft. Pierce, Florida for the use of the Husband and the minor child ~
of the parties hereto until said minor child reaches his majority,
~ marries, dies or becomes self-supporting, whichever event first
k occurs. During said period of time neither of the parties hereto
~
