shall further encumber or dispose of his or her interest in the
marital dwelling. The monthly payments of 5214 on the mortgage
~ presently encumbering the marital home in the amount of 516,969.90
as of September 6, 1978 shall be paid alternately by the parties
hereto, the Husband, CHARLES A. McNEIL, to make the payment due
on October 10, 1978 and the Wife, DOROTHY M. McNEIL, to make the
payment d~e on November 10, 1978. In the event the taxes and
insurance are not included in the monthly payments on said mortgage,
the parties hereto shall alternate by one paying such taxes and
insurance one-year and the other pa~ty the next year. The main-
tenance of ~id marital dwelling shall be the joint responsibility
of the parties; the Husband shall advance the initial cost of the-
maintenance and submit receipted bills to the Wife, and the Wife
shall reimburse the Husband one-half of such expenditures at the

end of each calendar year.
4. The Wife, DOROTHY M. McNEIL, shall have the right to
j ~remove all of her clothing and personal effects from the marital

` home located at 901 North 39th Street, Ft. Pierce, Florida.

! 5. The Wife, DOROTHY M. McNEIL, is granted a special equity

~ for the amount of the mortgaqe due Citizens Federal Savings & Loan
f Assaciation of St. Lucie County on the home owned by the Wife located
~ ~
~ at 1804 North 16th Street, Ft. Pierce, Florida; that the amount due
~ ~on said mortgage as of September 6, 1978 is $4,045.92 with monthly
~ payments due thereon of $100; that the Husband, CHARLES A. McNEIL,
~ shall pay to the Wife, DOROTHY M. McNEIL, said sum of $4,045.92
