This cause having come on for hearing on Plaintiff's
Motion for Extension of Time to comply with the requirements
of Section 48.161 and 48.171 Fla. Stat. as to service of
process on the individual defendant herein, and counsel for
the defendant having expressed no opposition, and the Court
being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that time for filing evidence of
, compliance with the requirements of Section 48.161 is hereby
extended for a period of 90 days from the date hereof.
