8. The above asset was devised under the second article ~
oE the Last Will and Testament of the decedent to ROHERT H.

RIKER and SYLVIA E. RIKER, his wife. The said ROBERT H. RIKER
died on September 19, 1975 as evidenced by the attached certified
copy of his death certificate. The aforementioned SYLVI~i E.

RIKER, surviving spouse of the said ROBERT H. RIKER, deceased, -
~
has conveyed all of her right, title and interest in and to the ~
above described asset to ERNEY KOPE and JESSIE M. KOPE, his wife,
under that certain Special Warranty Deed dated January 27, 1976
and recorded on October 15 , 1978 in Official Record Book 296
at Page 54 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
A copy of said deed is attached hereto.

9. It is proposed that the above described asset of the ~
decedent be distributed to ERNEY KOPE and JESSIE M. KOPE, his ;
wife.
10. Petitioners are unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil
of decedent other than as set fo~th in paragraph 11.
I1. The original of the decedent's last will dated August 23,
1955, accompanies this Petition.
12. Decedent's Will does not direct administration as
required by Chapter 733, Florida.Statutes. Petitioner requests
that the decedent's last will be admitted to probate and an
order of summary administration be entered directing distribution
of the assets in the estate in accordance with the schedule set
forth in paragraph 9 of this Petition.
