THIS CAUSE coming on'to be heard-before the Court and the
Court having heard the evidence, and finding that it has jurisdic-
tion of the subject matter, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows;
1. That the Court has jurisdiction of the parties.
2. That the bonds of marriage between Petitio~er~ JACK C.
~ ZII~II~IERMAN, and Respondent, NAOMI V. ZII~Il~IERMAN, are dissolved

~ because the marriage is irretrievably broken.

3. That the Property Settlement Agreement between the ~

parties, introduced into evidence and marked as Petitioner's
Exhibit ~Z, was_executed voluntarily after full disclosure and is
for the best interest of the parties and is hereby approved and
incorporated by reference into this Final Judgment and the parties
are hereby ordered to compZy with same. f
4. The Wife's name is hereby restored to NAOMI V. DREWITT.
Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained from
interfering with, harassing or annoying one another. ~
` The Court retains jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto may from time to time, if necessary, move this
Court for such further Orders as may be proper. ~
