FINAL JUOGEMENT ~ DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 31st day of October, 1978 and the Gourt having given full c~n~ideration to all the evidence, finds and deter- mines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties~and subject matter of ~ this su+t; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AS FOLLOWS: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JONN G. HALLAM and CORBY S. HALLAM be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parti~es and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony here- ' tofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. f ~ j 2. RESTRAiNING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and ~ restrained from interfering with, harassing or arx~oying, the other. ~ [ 3. JURISDICTION.
