FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the first day of November, 1978
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties _
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ,

; 1. The Default heretofore entered by the Clerk of this

~ Court against CLARENCE T. COMPTON be and the same is hereby

approvPd, ratified and confirmed.~.

= 2. The marriage between CLARENCE T. COMPTON and RUBY T.

~ COMPTON be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and

~ each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony

~ heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
~ therefrom.

~ 3. RUBY T. COMPTON be and she is hereby authorized to assume
~

g her former name of RUBY T. MOYE and to use the same in all respects
~ as if said marriage had not intervened.
4. The Wife, RUBY T. COMPTON, is hereby decreed to be the
sole owner of the mari~tal home of the parties, together with the
~
furniture and furnishings located therein.
