' This cause came on for trial on October 31, 1978 and the

Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, ~

finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties ~

and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and.that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dis- ~
' solved. It is thereupon
€ ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

` 1. The marriage between JOHN W. BRANDON and ELIZABETH

k BRANDON be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the pacties:and

} each of them are hereby forever freed from-the bonds of matrimony }
~ heretofore existing-between them and from the obligations arising F

~ 2. Custody of MARK ELIOT BRANDON, minor child of the ~

` parties, is hereby awarded to ELIZABETH BRANDON, with reasonable

` visitation rights reserved to JOHN W. BRANDON. ~

~ 3. Commencing Friday, November 3, 1978 JOHN W. BRANDON ~

~ shall pay to ELIZABETH BRANDON the sum of $25 per week for the ~

= support and maintenance of the minor child above named. ~ ~

; Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court i'
~ and by him remitted promptly to ELIZABETH BRANDON. In addition '

there is hereby assessed the sum of $2 as statutory costs to be
