DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 31st day of October, 1978,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines:~ That this Court has jurisdiction of the
parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relationship
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the ~
marriage is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved; It is,
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOUJTION OF MARRIAGE . The marriage between ROBERT K.

; ALLAN and CONNIE JEAN ALLAN, be and the same is hereby dissolved,

~ and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed fran the

: bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the

x obligations arising therefrom. _ .

4 2. CUSTODY. Custody of ROBERT K. ALLAN, JR., age 9 years,

E MICHAEL SCOTT ALLAN, age S years, and JASON KEITH ALLAN, age 3 years,

~ the minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to CONNIE JEAN

~ ALLAN, with reasonable rights of visitation reserved to ROBERT K. ALLAN.

ROBERT K. ALLAN sha11 pay to CONNIE JEAN ALLAN, the sum of Twenty- _
