This ca~se came on for trial the lst day of November, 1978, and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and subject matter
of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the
parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken
and should be dissolved. It is thereupon

ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:

j 1. DISSOLUTION~OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between MARY ELOISE

E GREEN and GENE M. GREEN be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties

~ and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony hereto-

~ fore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. .

; 2. AGREEMENT: That the Separation and Property Settlement

Agreement dated September 16, 1978 admitted into evidence, be and the same

; is hereby iocorporated into this Final Judgment in the same manner as though

~ the same were written verbatim and which agreement, inter alia, provides:

3. CUSTODY: CUSTODY of KAREN GREEN, DEBORAH GREEN, TRACY GREEN, ;

~ BARBARA GREEN, WILLIAM GREEN, ROBERT GREEN, KEILY GREEN and CHRISTOPHER
GREEN, minor children of the parties, is Fiereby awarded to MARY ELOISE GREEN

subject to liberal rights of visitation and subject to a temporary sojourn ~
at the former marital home through the month of November or until the Wife
has adequate quarters to house the children, whichever is later.
