GREEN shall pay to MARY ELOISE GREEN the sum of s200.00 per week for support
of the minor children as maintenance money and an additional s400.00 per
month for rent and/or mortgage payments which shall be made by the husband

until the following: In the event the Wife remarries or moves a male
con~anion into the home and continues the status for thirty days or more,.
the husband shall be entitled to reduce the rent in proportion to the ~
i
reeuction of persons in the marital home, that is to say, that portion
attributable to the Wife may be deleted by the Husband.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by
him remitted promptly to MARY ELOISE GREEN. In addition there is hereby
assessed the sum of ~2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment
made to the Clerk. Al1 payments shall be made in cash, money order or
cashier's check. Both of the parties are ardered to keep the Clerk of this
Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while
this order is in effect. ~
5. All other items set out in the abovesaid agreement are
incorporated and remain as incorporated until further order of the Court .
! and the agreements as to the children and their support and mortgage pa~yments

shall survive the marriage or change of status of the Wife.
` 6. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
