DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial on the lst day of November, ~
1978~ and the Court having given full consider~tion to all the evi-

dence~ finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject mat-

~ ter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists ;
~

i between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is

j irretriev ably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
~
' bRDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1, The marriage between JA11iES BENJAMIN .TUSTICE and SUSAN
PATRICIA JUSTICE be and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed f rom the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between-them and from the obligations arising '
therefrom.
2. C~stody of TRACY RENE JUSTICE, KERRY ANNE JUSTICE and _
BRIAN ~VHEELER JUSTICE, minor children of the parties, is hereby a~~arded
to the wife, SUSAN PATRICIA JUSTICE, with reasonable rights of visita-
tion reserved to the husband, JAMES BENJAMIN JUSTICE. ~
3. Commencing Friday, November 3, 1978, JAMES BENJAMIN
JUSTICE shall pay to SUSAN PATRICIA JUSTICE the sum of $60.00 each :
week, for the support of the minor children named above.
Each payment of $60.00 for support of the children shall be
