It is thereupon ~ ' bRDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1, The marriage between JA11iES BENJAMIN .TUSTICE and SUSAN PATRICIA JUSTICE be and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed f rom the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between-them and from the obligations arising ' therefrom. 2. C~stody of TRACY RENE JUSTICE, KERRY ANNE JUSTICE and _ BRIAN ~VHEELER JUSTICE, minor children of the parties, is hereby a~~arded to the wife, SUSAN PATRICIA JUSTICE, with reasonable rights of visita- tion reserved to the husband, JAMES BENJAMIN JUSTICE. ~ 3. Commencing Friday, November 3, 1978, JAMES BENJAMIN JUSTICE shall pay to SUSAN PATRICIA JUSTICE the sum of $60.00 each : week, for the support of the minor children named above.
