DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the first day of November, 1978
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter~of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It

~ 1. The Default heretofore entered by the Clerk of this

~ Court against DENNIS RALPH BERARD be and the same is hereby approved,

3. Custody of JOSHUA DAVID BERARD, minor child of the

4. Commencing October 27, 1978 the Husband, DENNIS RALPH

_ BERARD, shall pay to MARY LOUISE BERARD the sum of $130 each and ~
