21. Frture Ad~awtis. Upon rcquest by Borrowe~, I.ender, at l_cnder s option within twe~ry years from the date of thia

Mongage when evide~ced by promiswry notes stating that said notes arc secured hercby. At no time shall the qincipal
amouot ot the indebtodrxss secu~ed by this Mongage, noi including sums advanced in aocordance herewith to protect the
security of this Mortgage, exceed the originaL amount of the Note plus USS.
