ORDER ON RULE TO SHOW CAUSE THIS CAUSE having come before the Court.on Petitioner's Rule to Show Cause this 30th day of October, 1978, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is, _ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. That MICHAEL JESSUP is now adjudged guilty of willful contempt of this Court for his failure to pay support payments as previously directed by Order duly entered herein, a copy of which is attached hereto and bv reference made a part hereof, however,-sentence shall be suspended upon Respondent's compliance with the~terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. 2. Respondent shall pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of TARA VANESSA JESSUP, born March 19, 1973, minor child of the parties, the ~ sum af $25.00 per week as regular and continuing child support, plus $10.00 per wee,k to be applied to arrears in the amount of $878.00 as of 10/30/78, plus an additional $2.00 for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and-dis- bursing.support payments. These payments are to beyin on the 6th day of :lovember, 1978, and thereafter on Monday of each and every week; that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, P. O. Box 700, Fort Pierce, Florida, and the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to: Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, FZorida 32301, as long as the case is certified as a Title IV-D case. If the Clerk receives notification that the case is no longer a IV-D case, he will then forward all support to.: Suffolk County Probation Depaztment, P. O.
