O R D E R
Upon stipulation hereto and the Court being fully ad-
vised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. That Respondent pay support to the Petitioner for
the benefit of MARK STANKEVEH,age 16, MAX STANKEVEH, age 15 and
TINA STANKEVEH,age 12, the sum of $10.00 per week per child,
plus an additional $2.00 for payment of Glerk's fee for receivinq
and disbursing support payments. These payments are to begin
on the 3rd day of November , 1978, and thereafter on
Friday of each and every week; that said payments
shall be made in cash, by cashier's check or by postal money
order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court af St. Lucie County,
P. O. Box 700, Fort Pierce, Florida, and the said Clerk shall
transmit the said payments to: Child Support Enforcement Section,
1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32301 for transmittal
to the State of Michigan as long as the case is certified as a
Title IV-D case. If the Clerk receives notification by the De-
partment of Health & Rehabilitative Services that the case is
no longer a IV-D case, he will then forward all support to: Friend
of the Court, County Building, Marsha2l, Michigan 49608.
2. That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of
this cause for the purpose of enfor+cing this Order and entering
