O R D E R
Upon stipulation hereto and the Court being fully ad-
vised in the premises, it is, ~ . .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That Respondent pay support to the Petitioner for
the benefit of PATRICK M. AUDET, born 1/30/63; minor child of
the parties, the sum of $15.00 per week, plus $5.00 per week
to be applied to arrears in the sum of $10,000.00, plus $2.00
for payment of Clerk'sfee for receiving and disbursing support
payments. These payments are to begin on the 3rd day of
November , 1978, and thereafter on Friday
of each and every week; that said payments shall be made in
cash, by cashier's check or by postal money order to the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, P. O. Box 700, Fort
Pierce, Florida, and the said Clerk shall transmit the said pay-
ments to Child.Support Entorcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, for transmittal to the State of Michiqan.
If the Clerk receives notification by the Department of Health .
& Rehabilitative Services that the case is no longer a IV-D case, ,
he will then forward all support to: Friend of the Court, Wayne
County Building, 600 Randolph Street, Detroit, Michigan 48226.
2. That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this
cause for the purpose of enforcing this Order and entering such
further Orders as may be deemed equitable , _ ~
