ORDER OF COURT
This cause coming on to be heard and upon presentation
of a Stipulation entered into between the parties dated October 26,
1978, and the Court finding_that said Stipulation was voluntariiy entered
into, and at the best interest of the parties and the children of the

parties would be served by entry of the following Order. It is therefore -
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED as follows:
1. CUSTODY OF AMY KATHRYN STEWART. Custody of the minor -
; daughter o~ the parties, AMY KATHRYN STEWART, shall be with the Wife, re-

~ serving unto the Husband reasonable rights of visitation at reasonable
i
~ times and places. ~ ~
CUSTODY OF ALEXANDRA ELIZABETH STEWART. Custody of -

~ Alexamdra Elizabeth Stewart shall be with the Husband, reserving unto the

~ Wife reasonable rights of visitation at all reasonable times and places.

~ In the event ALEXANDRA ELIZABETH STEWART decides to return to the custody
F of Wife, and the said decision being derived from said child's own free

m will and accord, then Husband shall forthwith deliver said child to Wife.

2 2. SUPPORT O~ THE MINOR CHILDREN. Coco~encing October 26,

~ 1979, Husband shall pay to Wife ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($125.00) `
s per month plus the annual cost of living increase determined by the United ~
= States Government, Department of Labor, for the support of AMY KATHRYN .''I
_ STEWART. Said payment shall be made directly to PATRICIA G. STEWART SNYDER, ~
` and shall continue until AMY KATNRYN STEWART begins her college education. r

At such time, the above mentioned support payments shall cease.
~`1 All support obligations of Nusband directed in any prior
Court Order in the above styled cause shall hereby be abated, and the exclusive
