3. INSURANCE. All presently existing life insurance policies
on the life of Husband shall be changed to name the following children of the
parties as irrevocable beneficiaries, said children being, to-wit: KERMIT
MICHAEL STEWART, STEVEN TIMOTHY STEWART, AMY KATHRYN STEWART, and
ALEXANDRA ELIZABEI'H STEWART. Husband shall comply by performing all acts
necessary with said companies within thirty (30) days of the date of this
Order.
4. COLLEGE EDUCATION QF THE CHILDREN. 8usband sha11 pay all

costs incident to the co~lege education of the four children of the parties. '
Payment shall be made by Husband directly to the children or any related
institution billing the children or Husband upon the tendering of said state-
ment to Husband. Said payments sha21 include costs and expenses of tuition,
room and board, transportation, books, clothing, allowance, and school
supplies as required for a colleg,e education.
5. RELEASE AND ABAT~NT. The Order on Motion for Contenpt ~
signed in the above styZed cause on October 10, 1978, nunc pro tunc, Sep- '
tember 29, 1978, be and hereby is abated, and any action related thereto
is hereby abated. Upon compliance by Husband of the terms of this Order, .
Husband shall be released from any liability whatsoever arising from [he
Order signed October 10, 1978, nunc pro tunc, September 29, 1978.
6. COURT PROCEEDINGS. Any actions currently pending on
Motion by Husband before this Court is hereby abated. -
7. JURISDICTION. This Court shall retain jurisdiction of
this cause.
