to any claim or estate of the defendant(s), on the following
described property in 3t. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 210, Sheraton Plaza, Unit Three, Replat
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 16, Page 12 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida

together with all structures, improveaaents, fixtures, a ppliances,
and appurtenances on said land or used in conjunction therewith.
3. If the total sum with interest at the r.ate
prescribed by law and all costs of this action accruing subse-
quent to this ~udgment are not paid within three days from this
