6. On filing the certificate of title defendants
and all persons claiming under or against them since the filing
of the notice of lis pendens are foreclosed of all estate~or
claim in the property and the purchaser at the sale shall be
let into possession of the property; sub~ect only to the right
of redemption of the United States of America for a period of
1~0 days from the date.of the sale as is provided by law.
Jurisdiction of this action is re~ained to enter
further orders as are proper, including, without limitation,
writs of assistance and deficiency ~udgments.
