NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the day of

, 1978, at ~1:00 a.m, at the east front door of
the Courthouse of St. Lucie County, at Fort Pierce, Florida the
undersigned Clerk will offer for sale the foZlowing described ~
real property:
Lot 210, Sheraton plaza, Unit Three, Replat
according to the Plat thereof as recordedin
Plat Book 16, Page 12 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida
together with all structures, i.mprovements, fixtures, appliances,
and appurtenances on said land or used in con3unction therewith.
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to a summary
final judgment entered in Civil No. 78-189 CA now pending in •
the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for
St. Lucie County, Florida.
This sale shall be sub~ect to a right of redemption
vested in the United States of pmerica by virtue of Title 28,
Section 2410 U.S.C,A, which right must be exercised if at all,
no later than 120 days from the date of this foreclosure sale.
