This conveyance is made aub~ect to any atate of facts and con-
ditiona an accurate eurvey and personal inspection of the premises would
disclose; to encroachments, all legal highways, zoning ordinances, re-
strictions, conditione, limitationa and reservations of record, and
public utility and other easements, if any, of record or which may have
been imposed thereon, and sub~ect also to all taxes and assessments,
both general and special, becoming due and payable after the date hereof,
which taaes and assessments the Grantee by~their acceptance hereof assumes•
and agrees to pay.
Gulf, for itself, its successors and assigns, warranta and will
forever defend the right and title to the described tract unto~the
Gran~tee, their-heirs, successors and aesigns, against the lawful claims
of all persons eacept as herein provided.
Gulf, for the consideration herein expressed, does hereby remise,
release and quit claim unto the Grantee, its successors and its assigns
forever, all of Gulf's right, title, interest, claim and demand, which
Gulf has in and to the following described premises.
The East ten (10) feet of Lot 4, Block 2 heretofore deeded to
the State Road Department for ftight-Of-Way purposes„ as per plat thereof
filed in Plat Book 1, Pages 16?-168 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
IN WITNESS WHERF~OF, Gulf has caused this deed to be signed sealed
and delivered on its behalf, by authority duly given, on the day and year
above stated.~ ~
